ISS — Intelligent Services & Solutions
Facade engineering,not facade cleaning.
Manual rope access is dangerous. Building maintenance units are expensive and immobile. ISS is engineering a robotic alternative — designed in Baku by founder Rizvan Karimov.

Why we exist
The problem with cleaning a building today
Rope access and BMUs
Rope access puts workers at height on a facade for hours at a time. Building Maintenance Units are safer but expensive to install, fixed to one building, and unusable on many facade shapes. Both are slow and scheduling-heavy.
An engineered alternative
ISS founder Rizvan Karimov designed a facade robot to take the human off the rope: two small, portable, remote-controlled winch units mounted at the roof edge lower a central tool module against the facade. Today that module cleans with a water-and-shampoo system and dries with integrated air — while an operator controls the whole rig from the ground.
The Robot
Built to take people off ropes
The robot is currently in prototype and engineering-validation stage. Its central tool module is designed to be interchangeable — cleaning today, with sandblasting, painting, and inspection heads planned for the same rig. It won a production grant from the Azerbaijan Ministry of Economy, supporting further development toward field-ready units.
Capabilities
What ISS offers
Facade engineering services available today, and the robotic system we're building toward.
Water & Shampoo Cleaning
A controlled water-and-shampoo cleaning process designed to be safe on facade materials and free of harsh chemicals.
Air Drying System
Integrated air drying to prevent streaking and water damage, engineered to finish a cleaning cycle without a second pass.
Safety Consulting
Facade access risk assessment and safety planning for building owners and construction teams evaluating maintenance options.

How we work
Safety-first methodology
ISS is not yet certified to a specific international facade-access standard, and we won't claim one we don't hold. What we commit to is a safety-first design and operating methodology on every project and every prototype test.
- Risk assessment before any access to a facade
- Ground-supervised operation for robotic systems
- Transparent reporting on development status to clients and partners
